The Depression Workshop is a course that consists of 9 weekly online, self-paced classes.
Each class includes readings, an audio lecture and meditation you can listen to anywhere, and written exercises to help you formulate the best plan possible for responding to your low moods.

Once you sign up, the materials are available to you at any time, now or in the future.

If you are ready to take a stand, the first lesson is free.

The second lesson will be available one week after you access the course orientation.
